All products are handmade and made to order.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and product.

If the product is significantly different from what was ordered, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
